Key Stage 1 - years 1 and 2 (ages 5-7)
Literacy and Numeracy.
In Key Stage 1, there is more emphasis on literacy and numeracy than there was in Reception, there is also the pressure of SATS at the end of year 2. Often children are worried they are not in the top group, so it is important to give them confidence at this stage.
Key Stage 2 - Year 3 to Year 6 (ages 7-11)
English, Maths, Science, French, Spanish, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning.
11+ Entrance Examination Support.
As many of the pressures on children in years 5 and 6 are social pressures, children are more conscious of how they perform academically in relation to others. And in year 6, they may be feeling insecure about the big move to secondary school.
Key Stage 3 - Year 7 to Year 9 (ages 11-14)

The move to secondary school is a big pressure point for your Key Stage 3 child. New school, new routines and a new styles of teaching, plus a new peer group. No wonder they need your support.
Key Stage 4 - Year 10 to Year 11 (GSCE) (ages 14-16)
Biology, Chemistry, English, French, Latin, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Physics, Spanish.
During key stage 4 most pupils work towards national qualifications - usually GCSEs. The compulsory national curriculum subjects are the ‘core’ and ‘foundation’ subjects.

A LEVEL - Year 12 – Year 13 (ages 17-18)
